What data I collect

Contact data you send: when you email me or message me on WhatsApp I collect the contact detail you use and the message content.

Technical and navigation data: for operation and security only, the hosting provider may log technical data (e.g. IP address, user agent, access logs).

Analytics data: the site uses no analytics cookies. If measurement tools are enabled in the future, I will collect aggregated statistics only with your prior consent.

Spotify player: if you consent to the marketing category and open the Spotify tab in the music player, the site loads content hosted by Spotify. Spotify receives your browsing data (e.g. IP address, device information) and may set its own cookies. Without consent the content is never loaded.

I do not collect special categories of data and do not perform automated profiling with legal effects.

Purposes and legal basis

Responding to your contact requests — legal basis: pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest.

Ensuring operation, security and maintenance of the site — legitimate interest.

Loading the Spotify player inside the site’s music player — legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the preferences panel.

Remembering your listening preferences (music on or off, chosen track) through a functional cookie — legal basis: delivering a feature you asked for.

No analytics purpose is active. Before any future activation, I will update this notice and ask for a fresh choice.

Retention

I keep data for as long as necessary for the purposes above and for legal obligations.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by providers delivering technical services (hosting and any future measurement), to the extent necessary.

Spotify AB (Sweden) is a recipient of the browsing data collected by its own player, and processes it as an independent controller under its own notice. It receives data only if you consent and open the Spotify tab.

If a provider transfers data outside the EU/EEA, it does so with the safeguards required by law (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, plus the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the Italian Data Protection Authority, “Garante”). Cookies

The site uses a technical cookie for consent and a functional cookie for your listening preferences. Marketing cookies are set only by Spotify, and only if you enable its player. The current technical state is described in the Cookie Policy.
